I am an experienced counsellor and qualified UKCP registered psychotherapist. I have worked in a variety of settings, including hospital, primary care, a university student counselling service and private practice.

My therapeutic style is holistic and person-centred, drawing on humanistic and Gestalt therapy theory. I work with adults on an individual basis.

My previous professional background was as a qualified nurse, midwife and health visitor (not currently practising) with many years experience in community health.
